Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel your landscape design project before work begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received before project initiation may be eligible for a full refund minus any consultation fees already provided. Once installation work has commenced, cancellation terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement.
Material Returns
Materials purchased for your landscape project may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Custom-ordered materials or plants are non-returnable. Returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be approved by our team prior to return.
Design Revisions
Design revisions are included in our service packages as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. We work closely with clients to ensure designs meet expectations before installation begins.
Quality Assurance
We stand behind our landscape design and installation work. If you are not satisfied with completed work due to quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of project completion. We will address legitimate concerns and work to resolve issues to your satisfaction.
